Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare insurance navigation or a related field
• Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance policies, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to clients
• Schedule appointments for healthcare insurance advisors and ensure that they have all necessary information for client meetings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and insurance policies
• Process insurance applications and other paperwork and ensure that they are submitted accurately and on time
• Help manage the workflow of the office, ensuring that deadlines are met, and priorities are appropriately balanced
• Coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare providers as needed to resolve issues or concerns
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
